The vip56 may close or suspend your account without prior notice in the following cases:

• Violation of any provision of these Terms and Conditions;
• Suspected fraud, manipulation, or illegal activity;
• Providing false information during registration or verification processes;
• Permanent self-exclusion request by the user through the Responsible Gambling program.

In the event of closure due to a violation, balances derived from bonuses and winnings resulting from prohibited conduct will be cancelled. Real deposit balances may be refunded following a case-by-case review, depending on the nature of the violation.
